Greetings Game Topper Nation.

Well, It's the last 3 days! 

Tomorrow I'm going to announce a couple of Backer Boosts. Working on some graphics now. What would you like to see?

 Love to hear your thoughts and as always within reason, I do try to accommodate.  On that note, would you like me to do a final live Q & A possibly Wed night? If it is helpful, I would be happy to spend the time with you.

This has been a wild several months for me with UK Games Expo, Origins, Gen Con and this campaign. That not with standing, my son Josiah who manages our warehouse and fulfillment was in a serious sports accident where he had a multiple breaks of his lower arm bones and elbow, so it has been all hands on deck at the warehouse. He is recovering well after a very complex surgery, and is now at the hospital with his wife as she is in labor with their first child. Grandpa number 8 here we come!

Whew, tired me out just writing it. I tell you all that just to let you know as many of you are like family to us and have expressed well wishes. Thank you very, very much!!! Life has been challenging and my work load has been more than unreasonable in this season, but I do rely on the old adage, "when the going gets tough, the tough get going." While life often hands all of us twists and turns, the real key in my view is to continue to persevere, continue to hope, continue to do good. Believe the best. It's easy to get down, I'm not immune, but the only way you loose in life, is to quit. That is never an option for me. There is too much awesomeness left to create! That's what is in store for you. 

That's what we have always done at Game Toppers. We really do work tirelessly to provide high quality, affordable products that we put our heart into. At every step of the way, we fine tune and are always trying to get better and give our customers more than they expect. Greetings Game Topper Nation!

I'm going to try to make this quick, not my best skill. 

Tomorrow, Friday 9th noon EST We will be doing a live Q & A with Josiah and special guest Jay Shelanskey from The Fifth Trooper Network and graphic artists for our terrain packs and new terrain mats. Jump in if you can make it and we will answer your questions live.

I wanted to highlight a couple of items in this update.

1. We have had several questions from people not familiar with Kickstarter or our campaigns. Some have asked about how to order/pledge for individual mats, mat bundles, individual leg kits and dinning covers and other items we sell. It's actually super simple. If you do not see a pledge level on the right side of the campaign page for a specific item, you will use the A la carte' $25.00 pledge level. That will then give you a $25.00 credit to purchase everything offered in the campaign when we launch the pledge manager after the campaign is over. We use BackerKit and Josiah does a very nice job laying it out so all the add on's will be easy to add to your order. Join our live Q & A Friday at noon EST if you have any more questions.

I just received the samples of the new Fantasy RPG mat From Brent & Kayla Woodside & the Galactic Deck Builder mat in 30 x 38 size. I have to say I am wowed by both of them!

It really looks great in my room. If you have looked at this one I can see a lot of games as well as RPG's being played on it!

I haven't had much time to play any games but I cannot wait to play my space deck building games on this Galactic Deck building mat!!!

Greetings Game Topper Nation!

I'm doing this update from Gen Con in Indy and this place is jammed packed. I'll share some pics for fun. :) 

I wanted to make a big announcement on releasing a new Backer Boost. For those of you that are looking at getting the Satchell Bundle which includes the leg kit and dining cover, We are just going to "Boost" the campaign for our backers.

You will receive one of our Premium Game Topper Mats FREE with the Satchel Bundle. Yup, not only will you get an extra mat with the Topper Packages, but if you want the legs and the dining covers you get another one! There is limited stock of these packages. I am going to adding a pledge level for the Satchel bundle Monday when I get back home from Gen Con.

I am so slammed running from one meeting to the next and trying to keep up on everything. Gen con is crazy, but a lot of fun too. I thought I'd share a bit.

We have some amazing affiliates at the show who own and use our Game Toppers in their show kits. It goes to "show" you how amazingly durable they really are.

Greetings Game Topper Nation!

We did a live Q & A that is at the top of the KS page (link here below too) that I think will be helpful answering several of the questions we have had during the campaign. If you haven't had time to view it, you may find it interesting with the old guy fumbling through the Steamyard presentation sharing my passion for our hobby and highlighting our products. I wanted to express my thanks to all of you that have expressed your best wishes for Josiah. I talked about it in the video a bit. He was in a serious accident. He's ok, but it was a very complex surgery. It went well and he's is already doing PT.

I made it to Gen Con, (so did Ralphie with Ian from Floodgate Games) and I have been helping Ares Games set up their show kit here at Gen Con stop by to see it, it will be amazing, also Renegade Games Studios and Arcane Wonders and several others we work with.

Setting up a Mycroft with Leg kit for Ares Games. They will have 7 Toppers set up.

There it is!!! I'll send more another day.

 In this update I wanted to focus a bit on our actual Game Toppers. I think because we have put a bit of a focus on War terrain and terrain packs for war gamers in this campaign we have not really done justice to our amazing portable gaming system.  If you are considering a  Game Topper purchase I would encourage you to ask around and research just how versatile this system actually is.

There is a video that shows our Functionality of all our system.

We have two types of military grade aluminum rails that make this system sing.

We have a standard powder coated rail and our luxuriant rails that can accommodate wood or our new Designer Art Series Acrylic Inlays with heavy duty vinyl graphics with UV protected lamination featuring either the Galactic design from Jay Shelanskey or the Fantasy from Brent Woodside that not so coincidentally matches the new fantasy roleplaying mat. This things is gorgeous. Many have asked for more detail of this. here ya go.

These Galactic rails go great with our Space or Starfield mats.

We also have a ton of add -ons that will be available in the pledge manager at special prices. We have a limited amount of rail bundles and leaf bundles in certain styles that we can offer that are in stock. (If you don't see something you want please email me directly [email protected] as I may have a few items of this or that that I can still accommodate, but can't list on this campaign.

Dining Covers or Leg kits can be added separately if you do not want the bundle. but this bundle is a great deal and we are going to offer a Backer Boost to include the extra mat of your choice with the bundle. IT'S A CRAZY GOOD DEAL!
